Notes.

Sorry it's been kind of a slow week with not much material. I've been pretty busy at work and haven't had much time to do write-ups. These things happen.

Some notes:

As you can see by the Flickr widget above, there are new pictures in the Secretions Flickr from Danny's going away party. A lot of people came to that party - why not send me a short write-up of HOW MUCH FUN it was? C'mon! Anyway, I haven't had time to tag or edit the photos in any way, so enjoy them as is and I'll get around to it when I can.

The Empire show is on Sunday evening. Spooge will be taking photos for this show so strike a pose if you see him! If you're getting stomped on by too many psychobilly asswipes, you can always wander down to Casa de Chaos and catch Holland's best, Vitamin X, for $7. It's $7 because they're from Holland and it takes a lot of gas to drive there and back. Flower Violence and Crucial Cause are also playing.

The van broke down on the way back from Fresno and they had to get it towed to the shop yesterday. Turns out the dumbfuck who towed them broke something under the van that has to do with brakes or something - which cost the band $100. Mickie's going to try and get the company to pay for the damage but I'm not sure it'll work. Luckily, the reason they broke down was just a hose of some sort so it didn't cost them as much as they expected.

Anyway, I've got a couple articles on their way in so there should be more next week. Look forward to some DIY from Annie and some recipes from Vanessa. Have a good weekend!
